The roads have a voice and they call out to me more than others.

The long stretches of highways take me to rock fests, Warped Tour, music festivals, arenas, and fairgrounds...

...and all the way down to the acoustic shows of talented musicians playing locals bars and venues and the blues trail bringing me face to face with the artists I love in every genre of music out there.

While music certainly feeds the photography fire, I am constantly observing my surroundings to capture the next interesting or entertaining shot.

Forgotten routes take me to the rare destination of backwoods communities to shoot their unusual and intriguing bridges, churches, and cemeteries.

My love of the open road and passion for off the beaten paths across the Southeastern US has given my photography a broad range and depth. My style tends to be raw and unedited, leaving only what the naked eye sees.
